International Harvester Collectors club, Chapter 16 of Western Pennsylvania is a non-profit organization that is a regional Chapter of the IHC National Collectors Club.  Our members are located in and around Western Pennsylvania.  The Chapter is comprised of IHC enthusiasts and their families who love IHC tractors, engines, trucks, and agricultural equipment.
